Account Deletion Request

Please be aware that deleting your account can’t be reversed, so make sure you want to complete this process before proceeding. If you change your mind after requesting deletion, we will be unable to reactivate your account once the deletion has been processed. Any in-app content you may have accumulated, or purchases made will be lost.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data, directly from our app by navigating to Profile/Account Settings, selecting “Delete Account” and then following the confirmation prompts.

Alternately, you can complete the Contact Us Form below. We will respond back to the email address associated with the account to verify ownership prior to processing the deletion request.
