If you are not 100% satisfied with Brainwell, simply cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, otherwise, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen or on your app store’s pop-up screen for a chosen subscription period.
We offer a variety of different subscription plans ranging from $1.99 to $399 for our online and mobile Service. The type of subscription plan, pricing and payment terms are set forth at the time you purchase your subscription. Please note that a “lifetime” subscription plan allows you to access Brainwell as long as it is available.
Brainwell subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period (weekly, monthly, 6-month, or yearly) until you cancel.
You will be charged for the entire term of the subscription you choose at the beginning of each term (e.g., monthly plans will be charged for the full month on a monthly basis; annual plans will be charged for the entire year). You will receive a payment confirmation by email. Payments for subscriptions originating from app stores (such as Google Play and iTunes) will be made through that app store and will be subject to their payment policy as well.
You may cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your App Store Account Settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period
You alone can manage your subscriptions. Learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Apple’s Support Page here and the Google Play Support Page here . Note that deleting the Brainwell app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
